Bulk is for lodgements of more than 2,000 and a number of conditions must be met. All items in each lodgement should be:

1. Identical in size, shape and weight
2. Paid for in the same way (i.e. franked, postage pre-paid or permit)
3. Bundled or boxed in multiples of 100
4. Properly faced
5. Items in different categories need to be clearly segregated at the time of posting
