Notice to Postmaster General Under Post Office Ordinance

Information and notices required to be furnished to Hongkong Post under the Post Office Ordinance may be submitted to the Postmaster General through e-mail at hkpo@hkpo.gov.hk.

Alternatively, such information and notices may be submitted to the Postmaster General at

The correspondence may be presented in writing, on a 1.4MB diskette or a CD-ROM in the format prescribed in General Format, Manner and Procedure for the Submission of Electronic Information under Law by virtue of the Electronic Transactions Ordinance.
