Procedures and Charges for Access to Information

Procedures

All requests for information under the "Code on Access to Information" can be directed to the Access to Information Officer of Hongkong Post through the following channels:

1. Complete and return the "Application for Access to Information" (Pos 735).
   
   Submission of Form

   In Person:	Ditto

   Online:	Online application form is available at Hongkong Post website

   
   
2. Write to the above address to request for information.

Charges

Other than the publications which are available free of charge or at a cost specified, a photocopying charge of HK$1.0 per page* (black and white copy) will be levied in relation to your requested information. The charge is subject to revision from time to time.

*Photocopying on both sides will be counted as two pages.
