Market Research on Provision of Packing and Fulfillment Services

Background

We are now conducting a market research with a view to exploring possible sources and obtaining updated information on the availability of the packing and fulfillment services for philatelic products being provided by companies concerned. The packing job would generally involve packing of philatelic products according to individual customer’s order and a set of specifications; whereas the fulfillment service would generally involve association of the stamps with the outer packing of the product.

Requirements

The relevant requirements are as below:

  1. Minimum of 3 years experience of packing and fulfillment services;
  2. Minimum of 3 years experience of working with the HK SAR Government departments;
  3. Based in Hong Kong;
  4. Adequate security measures in the work premises should be maintained, including but not limited to, main entrance(s) security device(s) for locks and/or lockable cabinets for storage of the stamp stock that will be used for the required packing and fulfillment job;
  5. There is adequate insurance policy for the working premises;
  6. There is sound financial proof of the company, including but not limited to, the following:
    1. Audited accounts and the audited consolidated accounts for the past 3 years; and
    2. Projected profit & loss accounts & cash flow accounts of the contract for each contract year, showing the revenues, operating expenses, capital expenditure including the initial investments & sources of finance.
