Revision of the Local Bulk Mail Discount Scheme

With effect from 1 August 2011, Hongkong Post will implement certain revisions to the Local Bulk Mail Discount Scheme to reflect prevailing operational circumstances. The key changes involve withdrawal of discounts provided for bulk mailing of all pre-sorted items and reduction on the number of mail classes from 12 to four as follows:

1. Standard First Class,
2. Standard Economy,
3. Non-standard First Class,
4. Non-standard Economy.
