Discount on Speedpost Packages to Mainland China in July
The Postmaster General, Mr Luk Ping-chuen, announced today (June 30) that Speedpost customers could enjoy up to 40% discount on postage for sending Speedpost items to Mainland China from July 1 to 31.
"As the Mainland is becoming an important market for the world trade, we aim to provide more benefits to our customers who have close business ties with the Mainland and need to send time-sensitive courier items to that place," said Mr Luk. "The discount rates will vary according to the weight of the Speedpost items and Speedpostpacks."
Mr Luk said that this promotion would generate significant savings for businesses with the need for frequent express courier service to China. Details of the discount scheme are as follows:
