China 2001 National Philatelic Exhibition - Nanjing
To further improve our service, Gillies Avenue Post Office located at 140 Gillies Avenue, Hung Hom, Kowloon will be closed for renovation from 27 August 2001 (Monday) to 15 September 2001 (Saturday), both dates inclusive. The renovated office will open on 17 September 2001 (Monday) and have improved counter facilities to better serve customers. During the renovation period, only the following services will be maintained:
- Posting boxes
- Post Office boxes
- Collection of registered & non-registered mail
- Collection of philatelic orders
A temporary counter at the side entrance of Gillies Avenue Post Office will be set up so that customers and Post Office box users can collect their mail items from 9:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. on weekdays and 9.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. on Saturdays. Customers requiring postal services such as posting of registered items , parcels , Speedpost , LocalCourierPost, bulk postings , *setting of franking machines , *collection of parcels , PayThruPost , etc. should make use of the following offices temporarily:
