Mail services during forthcoming public holidays

The Acting Postmaster General, Mr Allan Chiang, announced today (September 22) that there would be no mail delivery service during the forthcoming holidays on October 1 (National Day) and October 2 (the day following Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival). All post offices would also be closed. However, one mail collection would be arranged on each of the holidays for all street posting boxes except those which are located on outlying islands and in remote areas.
