"Hong Kong Herbs" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony

Hongkong Post issued today (7 October 2001) the "Hong Kong Herbs" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. P. C. LUK, Postmaster General and Doctor Daniel TSE, Chairman of Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong marked the issue of the special stamps by stamping a blow-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. LUK presented to Doctor TSE and Mr. Clement YICK, designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
