"Children Stamps" Issuing Ceremony

Hongkong Post issued today (18 November 2001) the "Children Stamps". At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. P.C. LUK, J.P., Postmaster General and Mr. CHOW Yun-fat, Philatelic Ambassador, marked the issue of the special stamps by colouring blow-up stamps. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. LUK presented to Mr. CHOW framed stamps and first day covers.

Hongkong Post hosted an issuing ceremony of "Children Stamps" special stamps at the General Post Office on 18 November 2001. At the ceremony Mr. P. C. LUK (right), the Postmaster General and Mr. CHOW Yun-fat, Philatelic Ambassador, officiated at the ceremony by colouring the blow-up stamps on the stage.
