"Rocks of Hong Kong" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony

Hongkong Post issued today (September 15) the "Rocks of Hong Kong" special stamps. This morning at the General Post Office, Mr Luk Ping-chuen, Postmaster General, was joined by Dr Fred Lee, Chairman of Hong Kong Geographical Association, to officiate at the ceremony of issuing the special stamps by stamping a blow-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr Luk presented to Dr Lee and Mr Ken Li, the designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
