"Christmas Stamps" Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued today (November 24) a set of "Christmas Stamps". This morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, Acting Postmaster General, was joined by the Most Rev. Joseph ZEN Ze-kiun, S.D.B., Bishop of The Catholic Diocese of Hong Kong, to officiate the ceremony of issuing the special stamps by stamping a blow-up first day cover.
As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG presented to Bishop ZEN and Mr. Ken LI, the designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
