Hongkong Post issued today (6 December 2002) a souvenir cover to commemorate the 140th Anniversary of Hong Kong Stamps. This morning at the Opening Ceremony of the "140th Anniversary of Hong Kong Stamps Exhibition", held at the Hong Kong City Hall, Mr. P.C. LUK, Postmaster General, Mr. William KWAN, Chairman of the Hong Kong Philatelic Society and Mr. Norman Bennett, President of the Hong Kong Study Circle (U.K.) jointly unveiled the image of the souvenir cover to officiate its official issue.

Hongkong Post participated in the Opening Ceremony of the"140th Anniversary of Hong Kong Stamps Exhibition"at the Hong Kong City Hall today (6 December) and issued a souvenir cover to commemorate the 140th Anniversary of Hong Kong Stamps. At the ceremony, Mr. P.C. LUK (left), Postmaster General, Mr. William KWAN (right), Chairman of the Hong Kong Philatelic Society and Mr. Norman Bennett (middle), President of the Hong Kong Study Circle (U.K.) jointly unveiled the image of the souvenir cover to officiate its official issue.
