Postponement of "World Heritage in China" Special Stamps

The Postmaster General, Mr. Allan CHIANG, announced today (5 June) that the special stamps on "World Heritage in China", originally scheduled for issue on 12 June 2003 (Thursday), will be postponed to 25 November 2003 (Tuesday). The postponement is due to a technical flaw in the stamp printing process. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
