"Miniature Landscapes" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony

Hongkong Post issued today (17 July 2003) the "Miniature Landscapes" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. TSANG Kwok-lam, J.P., Acting Postmaster General and Miss CHOI Suk-kuen, J.P., Deputy Director of Leisure and Cultural Services (Culture), marked the issue of the special stamps by stamping a blow-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. TSANG presented to Miss CHOI and Mr. Simon CHECK, designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
