"Heartwarming" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued today (10 September 2003) the "Heartwarming" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, J.P., Postmaster General, the Hon. Bernard CHAN, J.P., Chairperson, The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, and Dr. William HO, Chief Executive, Hospital Authority, marked the issue of the special stamps by affixing the blow-up visuals onto the image tabs of the "Heartwarming" Special Stamps Mini-Pane. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG presented to Mr. CHAN, Dr. HO and Mr. Arde LAM, designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
