Stamp Sheetlet of "HONG KONG 2004 Stamp Expo Tourism Series No. 2 - Green Hong Kong" Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued today (14 October 2003) the Stamp Sheetlet of "HONG KONG 2004 Stamp Expo Tourism Series No. 2 - Green Hong Kong" as a run-up to the international philatelic event which will be held from 30 January to 3 February 2004 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, Postmaster General, was joined by the Hon. Howard YOUNG, to officiate the ceremony by stamping a blow-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG presented a framed serviced first day cover to both Mr. Howard YOUNG and Mr. Jason CHUM (the designer of this special stamp sheetlet series).
