Mail delivery service to Uruguay back to normal

The Acting Assistant Postmaster General (Postal), Mr Chan Tung, announced today (November 18) that the postal strike in Uruguay was over.

Delivery services for ordinary letters and printed papers to Uruguay is back to normal.
