Official Souvenir Cover to Commemorate The Jockey Club 3rd INAS-FID World Swimming Championships

The Jockey Club 3rd INAS-FID World Swimming Championships - a prestigious and highly competitive international sports event held every four years for athletes with intellectual disability - is, for the first time ever, being held in an Asian city. Hong Kong is honoured to be the host city. Sponsored by The Hong Kong Jockey Club Charities Trust and organised by Hong Kong Sports Association for the Mentally Handicapped (HKSAM), the event takes place at the Kowloon Park Swimming Pool from 7 January to 14 January 2004.

A souvenir cover is specially issued to mark this meaningful event. The event mascot - Chinese White Dolphin "SAM" - on the cover symbolises the dedication of these athletes and their determination to succeed.
