"Development of Public Housing in Hong Kong" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued today (11 December 2003) the "Development of Public Housing in Hong Kong" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, Postmaster General, and Mr. LEUNG Chin-man, Permanent Secretary for Housing, Planning and Lands (Housing), and Director of Housing, marked the issue of the special stamps by stamping a blow-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG presented to Mr. LEUNG and Mr. Tony HO, designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
