Hongkong Post Launches a New Bonus Point Scheme for Speedpost Customers
The Postmaster General, Mr. Allan CHIANG, announced today the launch of a new Speedpost Bonus Point Scheme. Under the Scheme, Speedpost account customers can redeem a wide range of splendid gifts by means of bonus points accumulated in their accounts through using the Speedpost service during the period from April 2004 to March 2005.
"The Speedpost Bonus Point Scheme is an exclusive benefit to our account customers. Since the launch of the Scheme in 2001, it has received overwhelming response and therefore we have decided to continue the scheme offering a wider variety of attractive gifts," said Mr. CHIANG. "Account customers are an important segment of our customer base, and we wish to show our appreciation of their continued support over the years through the scheme."
There is altogether a choice of 25 gifts including personal computer, office automation equipment, electrical appliances and cash coupons issued by supermarket, restaurants and bookshops.
"In response to customers' request, we now, for the first time, offer cash plus bonus points redemption option allowing account customers to redeem 3 selected gifts by paying a certain amount on top of the earned bonus points."

Speedpost is dedicated to providing customers with fast and reliable courier service. Speedpost posting can be made at 132 post offices, including mobile post offices, throughout the territory; on-demand pick-up service is also available at the customer's premises.
