Postal service to Uruguay has resumed normal
Hongkong Post today announced that a set of newly designed Postage Due Labels will be issued on Thursday, 23 September 2004. This new set of labels has a distinctive identity, using vivid colours and artistic writing to depict both "Due" and the stylised Chinese character "欠". The full set comprises six denominations, i.e. 10¢, 20¢, 50¢, $1, $5 and $10. A presentation pack containing a set of 6 Labels and serviced souvenir cover comprising a set of 6 Labels datestamped with the double ring datestamp "GPO-20" will also be issued.
On the same day, philatelic products issued by the postal administrations of Mainland China, Macau, New Zealand and Great Britain will also be put on sale at the 39 philatelic offices. An additional option is available for the customers to purchase these overseas philatelic products at Hongkong Post Internet Shopping Mall at website (http://www.shopping.hongkongpoststamps.com).
Details of the philatelic products, their selling prices and sales quota for each customer are attached.
