"Fungi" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony

Hongkong Post issued today (23 November 2004) the "Fungi" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. Allan CHIANG, Postmaster General and Mr. C.Y. CHAN, Director of Agriculture, Fisheries and Conservation, marked the issue of the special stamps by stamping a blow-up first day cover. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. CHIANG presented to Mr. CHAN and Mr. Ken LI, designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
