Speedpost Gives Out Over $1 Million Prize
Speedpost, the popular international courier service offered by Hongkong Post, values every customer in providing a superior service and maximizing customer benefits.
The new Speedpost Bonus Point Scheme for 2005/06 will commence from 3 May 2005. All Speedpost account customers can select their favourite items from a wide range of fabulous gifts, and make use of the bonus points accumulated in their accounts to redeem the selected gifts.
"To show our appreciation to the support of Speedpost account customers, we have made use of the Bonus Point Scheme to deliver lots of privileges to our account customers for over 4 years. Over $1 million worth of gifts had been awarded to Speedpost account customers through this scheme every year," said Mr. CHIANG, the Postmaster General.
To delight valued customers, a Speedpost Double Bonus Points and Super Lucky Draw Campaign was hosted in the first quarter of 2005. Speedpost account customers were entitled to 1 entry to the Speedpost Lucky Draw for every $1,000 spent at Speedpost account during the period. Response from the customers was so enthusiastic that many account customers attempted to maximize their entries in order to get the prizes. The first prize winner received a 42" Plasma Flat TV. The second prize winner was presented with 2 round trip air tickets to Los Angeles and a notebook computer went to the third prize winner.
One of the prize winners, Ms. Mak, an executive from a garment and textile company said, "I have used Speedpost for over 10 years. I have used the service because their prices are reasonable and service has been reliable. It is indeed a bonus for me to win such valuable prize."
This promotion campaign was launched to thank Speedpost account customers for their long support to Speedpost. In view of the overwhelming response, Hongkong Post will consider rolling out similar programmes in the future.
