"Hong Kong Goldfish II" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued today (12 May 2005) the "Hong Kong Goldfish II" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mrs. Joanna CHOI, Acting Postmaster General, and Dr. Allan ZEMAN, Chairman, Ocean Park Hong Kong, marked the issue of the special stamps by affixing blow-up stamps to the front of the aquarium with gold fishes. As a memento of the occasion, Mrs. CHOI presented to Dr. ZEMAN and Mr. Arde LAM, designer of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
