   Definition of personal local letter
   Sending by an individual and bearing the name and local personal address of both the sender and addresses
   
   Weight limit
   50g or less
   
   Address format
   "Personal Letter" must be marked on the envelope
   
   Quantity restriction
   Each person is allowed to post only one personal letter for free
   
   Acceptance hours
   During counter business hours of the designated post offices
   
   Delivery standard
   Following the pledge set for locally posted letter, delivery by the following working day
