| Terms of Reference | PostCare Club is a group consists of volunteers from staff of Hongkong Post and their family members. The Club aims to demonstrate love and care for the minorities in the society through undertaking voluntary services during non-office hours. |
| Objectives | To demonstrate HKP's caring - 'Internally among the colleagues. Externally to customers as well as to the public in need' To extend our 'Care from the Heart" service culture towards the community To foster harmonious family relationships through the participation of staff and their family members |
| Membership | Enrolment from both staff (including retired staff) and their family members. Members include staff from management level and front line. |
| Funding | The club is a self-financed organization. Appeal for donations from the staff made periodically |
| 24 July 2004 | PostCare Club members participated in summer-fun activities held at the Stanley beach by St. James Settlement. The PostCare Club members took part in planning and hosting games for a group of mentally handicapped people. |

| 31 July 2004 | PostCare Club members visited the Kwong Yam Home for the elderly in Lam Tin to socialize with the elderly and to donate daily commodities |
| 18 September 2004 | PostCare Club members hosted a Mid-Autumn Festival gathering with over 50 elderly at the Post Office Recreation Club. The Deputy Postmaster General, Mrs. Joanna Choi also took part in the event to greet the elderly. |
| 26 December 2004 | The PostCare Club, hosted in conjunction with the Caritas, a Christmas carnival for new immigrant and single-parent families. All participants had a fun-filled day visiting Sai Kung town. |
| 5 June 2005 | PostCare Club members participated in the Community Chest Green Day selling. |
