"International Day of Peace"Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony

Hongkong Post issued today the "International Day of Peace" Special Stamps. At a ceremony held in the morning at the General Post Office, Mr. LU Xin-hua, The Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, and Mr. TAM Wing-pong, Postmaster General, marked the issue of the special stamps by affixing the crane-shaped board to the backdrop. As a memento of the occasion, Mr. TAM presented to Mr. LU and Ms. Rebecca SO, designer representative of these special stamps, framed stamps and first day covers.
