"Heartwarming II" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony

Hongkong Post today (November 28) issued its "Heartwarming II" Special Stamps. This set of stamps is a sequel to the first set issued in 2003, which enjoyed resounding success with customers.

At a ceremony held this afternoon at the General Post Office, Dr York Chow, Secretary for Health, Welfare and Food, and Mr Tam Wing-pong, Postmaster General, officiated at the issuing ceremony by signing the "Love and Care" postcard on the backdrop.

As a memento of the occasion, Mr Tam presented a framed Heartwarming Stamps mini-pane to foster family representatives and souvenirs to Dr Chow and Mr Arde Lam, designer of the stamps.
