"2007 Centenary of World Scouting" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post today (March 1) issued the "2007 Centenary of World Scouting" Special Stamps. At a ceremony this morning at Hong Kong Scout Centre, Postmaster General Mr Tam Wing-pong and Chief Commissioner, Scout Association of Hong Kong Mr Pau Shiu-hung officiated the issue of the special stamps. As a memento of the occasion, Mr Tam presented framed stamps and first day covers to Mr Pau and designer of these special stamps Mr Clement Yick.
