Exhibition for inter-school stamp exhibits competition
The exhibition for winners and entries of the 8th Inter-School Stamp Exhibits Competition will be held from April 20 to 23. This competition is organised by Hongkong Post, with the Education and Manpower Bureau as the co-organiser.
This year's venue is Stars Atrium on Level 1 of Plaza Hollywood in Diamond Hill. Held in a shopping mall for the first time, the exhibition will feature philatelic workshops, an online game about stamp collecting and a TV show teaching philately. A sales booth will also be available at the venue. The exhibition is open to the public and admission is free. Opening hours are from noon to 7pm from April 20 to 22 and from noon to 4pm on April 23.
To mark the event this year, Hongkong Post will issue a souvenir cover together with a special postmark and a commemorative cachet. A hand-back datestamping service will be provided at the exhibition venue and at 39 philatelic offices on April 20.
