"Civic Education" special stamps issued

Hongkong Post today (August 23) issued the "Civic Education" Special Stamps.

At a ceremony this morning at the General Post Office, Postmaster General Mr Tam Wing-pong, Permanent Secretary for Home Affairs Mrs Carrie Yau, and Chairman of Committee on the Promotion of Civic Education Dr Pang King-chee, officiated at the issue of the special stamps. As a memento of the occasion, Mr Tam presented framed stamps and first-day covers to Mrs Yau, Dr Pang and Miss Lam Man-yin, designer of these special stamps.
