Hongkong Post today (August 23) announced that due to the damage inflicted by Hurricane Dean, all postal services (including Speedpost) to the following states of Mexico were temporarily suspended with immediate effect until further notice.

• State: Quintana Roo
  Zip Codes: 77000 to 77999
• State: Yucatan
  Zip Codes: 97000 to 97999
