Sale of overseas philatelic products
Hongkong Post announced today that selected philatelic products issued by the postal administrations of Australia, Canada, Mainland China, Macao, New Zealand, Portugal and United Kingdom would be on sale at all philatelic offices from Thursday, December 20. Customers may also purchase the overseas philatelic products at Hongkong Post Internet shopping mall - "ShopThruPost" (http://www.shopthrupost.hk). Further information about these products can be obtained by calling the Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau Hotline 2785 5711.
Details of the philatelic products, the selling prices and sales quota for each customer are listed at Appendix. Photographs showing these philatelic products are attached.
Overseas philatelic products on sale from December 20 include, "50 Years of Australian Christmas Stamps" Minisheet (Self-adhesive) (picture 1) issued by Australia Post, "The 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" Presentation Pack (picture 2) issued by China Post, "Christmas: Hope, Joy and Peace" Datestamped First Day Cover with Stamps (picture 3) issued by Canada Post and "Tapada National Preserve" Stamp Sheetlet (picture 4) issued by Portugal Post.
