"Year of the Rat" Special Stamps Issuing Ceremony
Hongkong Post issued the "Year of the Rat" Special Stamps today (January 26). The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, and the Postmaster General, Mr Tam Wing-pong officiated at an issuing ceremony held at General Post Office this morning.
As a memento of the occasion, framed stamps and first day covers were presented to Mr Tang and the designer of these special stamps, Mr Bon Kwan.
