Hongkong Post supports local charities during Lunar New Year

With the Lunar New Year approaching, Hongkong Post continues its efforts to promote a caring culture in the community by donating part of the proceeds from sales of the "Heartwarming" stamps to help the needy elderly and disabled people.

Cheque presentations by representatives of PostCare Club as well as the Stamps and Philately Division were held in January 2008 to mark the donations to the Senior Citizen Home Safety Association, Chi Lin Nunnery, the Hong Kong Society For The Aged, Fu Hong Society and Hong Chi Association. Hongkong Post made similar donations to five other charitable institutions in December 2007 for Christmas.
