"Hong Kong Flowers"Special Stamps issuing ceremony

Hongkong Post today (March 14) issued the "Hong Kong Flowers" Special Stamps.

At the opening Ceremony of the Hong Kong Flower Show 2008 organised by Leisure and Cultural Services Department and held at Victoria Park, wife of the Chief Executive of the HKSAR, Mrs Selina Tsang, and Acting Postmaster General, Mr Chan Yau-fung, officiated at the issue of the special stamps with other guests by stamping an enlarged first day cover.
