Overseas philatelic products go on sale

Hongkong Post announced today (September 22) that selected philatelic products issued by the postal administrations of Australia, Canada, Finland, Macao, Mainland China, New Zealand, Royal Mail, Singapore, the United Nations and United States would be put on sale at all philatelic offices from Thursday (September 25). Customers may also purchase the products at Hongkong Post Internet shopping mall - "ShopThruPost" (www.shopthrupost.hk). Further information about these products can be obtained by calling the Hongkong Post Philatelic Bureau hotline on 2785 5711.

Details of the philatelic products, the selling prices and sales quota for each customer are listed at Appendix. Photographs showing these philatelic products are attached.

Appendix

The photograph shows some of the overseas philatelic products to be put on sale from September 25. Products shown are: "Olympic Games (The Handover)" miniature sheet (picture 1) issued by the Royal Mail; "Games of the XXIX Olympiad" datestamped first day cover with stamp set (picture 2) issued by Singapore Post; "Sport for Peace" - Games of the XXIX Olympics, Beijing" stamps set of 6 (picture 3) issued by the United Nations; and "The Art of Disney: Imagination" stamps set of 4 (picture 4) issued by the US Postal Service.
