Posting Arrangements and Conditions

Definition of personal local letter

• Sending by an individual and bearing the name and local personal address of both the sender and addressee

Weight limit

• 50g or less

Address format

• "Personal Letter" must be marked on the envelope

Quantity restriction

• Each person is allowed to post only one personal letter for free

Post offices and hours of acceptance

• At specially designed posting boxes during counter business hours of ALL post offices except the two mobile post offices

Delivery standard

• Following the pledge set for locally posted letter, delivery by the following working day

Note

• The items posted in the mentioned special drop boxes will be datestamped with "Postage Paid"
• Any posted items that do not meet the posting condition(s) may be refused or subject to surcharge
