Mail services resume as normal

Hongkong Post announced today (December 11) that as advised by the postal administration of Thailand, all mail services (including Speedpost) to Thailand and to the destinations of Bhutan, Brunei Darussalam, Lao PDR, Myanmar (Union of), and Nepal, which are sent via the Office of Exchange of the postal administration of Thailand, have resumed as normal.
