Prohibited Articles - Tobacco

In accordance with the new legislation of the United States Federal Government, with immediate effect, articles containing tobacco products (including smokeless cigarette but excluding cigars) are prohibited in any category of mail items (including Speedpost) sent to the US. Any mail item in contravention of the legislation may be seized and forfeited, and the sender is subject to criminal penalties. The onus of ensuring that a mail item is in compliance with the legislation lies with the sender.
