Service Pledge

Place a phone order by 11:00am if the items or forms are picked up in Hong Kong Island and Kowloon,and by 10:30am if the items or forms are picked up in the New Territories, Monday through Saturday. Your Ge-TS Trade Declaration form will be picked up, converted into electronic message and submitted to Government on the same working day

Place a phone order by 5:00pm, Monday through Saturday, your Ge-TS Trade Declaration forms will be picked up, converted into electronic message and submitted to Government on the next working day
