Service Pledge

Contents of the Drop-in-Boxes are collected daily at 10:00am and 4:00pm - Monday to Friday, 10:00am - Saturday. Properly completed Ge-TS Trade Declaration Forms with sufficient payment collected at our daily collection time will be converted into electronic message and submitted to Government on the same working day.

Forms submitted after the cut-off time will be transmitted to Government on the next working day.
