How it works? Computer Tapes

Data is transferred from different mediums such as :

Data from these sources are transferred through the computer to high speed laser printers. The printed documents are then fed through an automatic inserting machine and enclosed into envelopes. Apart from the document, additional inserts can also be included using the enveloper. A computer screen is installed to inform the operator of the status of the job and if any problems have occurred. The letters are then moved to the sorting office for immediate sorting and delivery
