End-to-end Delivery in 2.5 hours

Once Hong Kong Post confirms the receipt of your pick-up order, we guarantee to complete the delivery within 2.5 hours*. Otherwise, you will receive a refund on the delivery charge.

* Except on public holidays, when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted or when the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued.

Charge per item for high flexibility

All you have to do to enjoy our Premium Service is to open an account. It's totally free - you simply pay for delivery charges on a per item basis. The weight limit for each item is 2kg. Provided that the delivery is within our service areas, the cost is the same no matter how far away the destination. That is excellent value for money. What's more, Hongkong Post will send you a monthly invoice that clearly states your expenditures on Local Courierpost Premium Service.

Free pick-up service for easy posting

There's no need to post at the counters of any post office. Simply call or fax your orders to the Pick-up Center, and we will arrange for immediate pick-up. It saves your time and let you enjoy greater convenience.

Service available on Saturday and even Sunday

If you require urgent service on a regular basis, you can choose regular scheduled pick-up by prior arrangement with Hongkong Post. Alternatively, you may call or fax your order to the Pick-up Center before the cut-off time whenever you have an urgent delivery, and we'll come by to pick up your item immediately.

Wide service area coverage

You can order your delivery or have items picked up at any point within our service areas. Hongkong Post will guarantee your delivery within 2.5 hours*.

Instant notification after each successful delivery

Hongkong Post will inform the sender by phone or by fax after the delivery is successfully completed. If requested, Hongkong Post can also provide a proof of successful delivery for your records.

No Limitation On Size

Premium Service accepts posting of items in whatever size or shape, as long as the item is properly packed and made up in line with normal postal regulations.
