* For any delay in delivery, we will refund the delivery charge except on Sundays, public holidays, when the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued, or when Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted.
+ Service is not available on the first day of Lunar New Year Holiday.

Groups C & D +	Mon-Fri: by 4:30 pm	By 1:00 pm on the next working day	By 5:00 pm on the next working day
	Sat: by 12:30 pm
Group E +#	Mon-Fri: by 3:30 pm	By 1:00 pm on the next working day	By 5:00 pm on the next working day
	Sat: by 12:00 noon
