Scenario 1
Total Spending of Account Customers : >= $1,000 / calendar month, and the Postage >= $1,000

Result: Customers will pay the required postage only and all the administration fee will be waived.

e.g.12 LCP collections are made between 1st Jun - 30th Jun, postage = $100 / collection
Total Spending:
$1,200 (postage for 12 collections) + $600 (admin. fee for 12 collections) = $1,800
Actual amount paid by customer: $1,200
(The administration fee $600 is totally waived.)

Scenario 2
Total Spending of Account Customers : >= $1,000 / calendar month, but the Postage < $1,000

Result: Customers will pay the required postage and administration fee up to $1,000 only and the balance of the administration fee will be waived.

e.g. 9 LCP collections are made between 1st Jun - 30th Jun, postage = $100 / collection
Total Spending:
$900 (postage for 9 collections) + $450 (admin. fee for 9 collections) = $1,350
Actual amount paid by customer: $1,000
(The balance of the administration fee $350 is waived.)
