Quality Customer Service Seminar for SMEs

HK SMEs are always facing keen competition in the market. Have you thought of how to jump out of the situation?

We are pleased to introduce a "Quality Customer Service Seminar for SMEs" organized by Hong Kong Association of Customer Service Excellence (HKACE). This free-of charge seminar will be held on 24.11.2004 at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University Jockey Club Auditorium. HKACE has invited four renowned guest speakers including Mr. Jim Jan Zen (Vice President & Director of Agency, AIA), Mr. Ian Ng (President, Just Gold), Mr. John Leung (Director, EMBA Program, City University of Hong Kong) and Mr. Philip Yu (Happy Valley Club Manager, Hong Kong Jockey Club) to share experience on the topic "Service Appreciation and Customer Loyalty".
