To help SMEs exploring business via Internet, a seminar on "Setting up your own Internet business in a cost-effective way" was organized for PostalPlus members on 2 March 2005.
While representative from Yahoo! Hong Kong was invited to demonstrate how to set up an online store by a few simple steps at Yahoo! Shopping, Hongkong Post had also provided information about our logistics solutions, international mail services tailored for local and global markets and shared successful stories of our customers on how they made use of the internet to expand business to overseas market. The response was very encouraging and the participants appreciated that the seminar giving them an idea of taking advantage of the high-traffic Internet Portal to develop their business. We will organize more similar activities in the future to well support your business growth.
