To enhance express mail service to customers in the Asia Pacific Rim, six of the world's leading postal administrations Australia Post, China Post, Hongkong Post, Japan Post, Korea Post and the United States Postal Service announced their network alignment and resources commitment on 25 July 2005.
The creation of a unique integrated network backed up by common business and information technology systems allows customers to access delivery information across 8 billion postcode combinations. Customers can check the expected delivery date before posting, and also track shipments online, all the way from posting to delivery.
